Value Place Hotel San Antonio

General Information

Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one month visit, and are not adjusted to a daily rate whether the visit is less than one month. When your visit goes into the following month, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though plenty of persons decide to visit with us for months, plenty of clients staying less than one month find us less expensive than conventional hotels. Suite fees and a 100. 00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100. 00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even whether the suite is positioned on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Facade table hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the safety guard will be paged to help customers. Have fun while staying in a bright, secure, and economical vicinage.
