We are situated in the nicest district of south coast known as south of fifth-Sofi, on a tranquil residential st with a lot of car parking, only 3 blocks from the ocean, 2 blocks from Miami Beach Marina and within a short distance to one of the best restaurants, night life and boutiques. Our address is 226 Jefferson Ave, between second and 3rd St. Just redone, interior and out, the Apart-Hotel features eight one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom room overlooking a patio magnificently landscaped in Jamaican plum trees, Asian bamboo, ambient lighting, water ponds and teak day beds. If you're an administrative or family on the move, in between homes, on an stretched visit assignment or just visiting Miami Beach, we have the right suite for you at half the price of a hotel and twice the comfort.
