We're pleased to be Las Vegas' most historic hotel and gambling house. Established in 1906, our family-owned shop hotel-casino proposes a joyous, friendly atmosphere that's reminiscent of classic times long forgotten by corporate mega-resorts. All visitor suites have been newly refurbished and in 2008 we were named the "Best Downtown Hotel" by the Las Vegas Review Journal.

We're situated at One Fremont Street where you are able to simply step outside our door into the excitement of the Fremont Street Experience - Las Vegas' most dynamic st scene crowned with a 10-story, 4-block long dazzling overhead light show and bustling with avenue performers, peculiar occasions and independent concerts.

Then there's our shrimp cocktail. It is the original that started a Las Vegas custom nearly 50 years ago - and it is peaceful named "Best of Las Vegas" year after year!
