Every apartment has living, breakfast room, bedroom, bath and fully furnished kitchen regions, all at prices significantly lower than distinctive hotel apartments.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for a $200 USD non-refundable pet fee per visit. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Facilities animals are exempt from this policy. Car park Fee: Self parking zone is available for $8 in a day plus tax.
Please note that any reservations made 01APR11-04APR11 will be 14 night cancellation policy with a two night deposit due upon booking the reservation. Also, any reservations made 01MAY11-04MAY11 there will be a 14 night cancellation policy suited for all reservations.
