Value Place is a short-term residential product that mixes one of the best of stretched visit accommodation. Our rates are priced for a minimum one-week visit, and are not adjusted to a daily rate whether the visit is less than one month. When your visit goes into the following month, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though a lot of persons decide to visit with us for months, plenty of visitors staying less than one month find us less expensive than conventional hotels. Suite fees and a 100. 00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100. 00USD deposit is charged upon move in even whether the suite is positioned on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Facade table hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday. After hours, move-in must call extension 500 and the safety guard will be paged to help visitors. Have fun while staying in a bright, secure, and economical outskirts. We are appropriately situated on Interstate 35 at the Corporate Woods exit 89 in Ankeny, Iowa. Ankeny is directly north of Des Moines and Interstate 80 is less than a mile from our property. Ankeny is one of the fastest growing towns in Iowa. Our dear guests are less than 2 miles from the centre of Ankeny's heart offering quick food, casual dining, movie theatres, and wide box retail including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and others. City centre Des Moines is directly several miles away with the State Capitol, Wells Fargo Arena, Farmers Market, East Village and more. Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino is less than five miles away.
