General Information

The Grove House Hotel is a holiday hotel run with the objective of being a 'home from home'. It includes ten adjacent bedrooms, all individualy colored. Every room is equipped with a TV, hairdryer, plus tea/coffee making amenities. One of the downstairs bedrooms is adapted for wheelchair access, and we also have a family bedroom with a detach sleeping district for kids. Tasty home-cooked breakfasts, snacks and suppers, using fresh local make are catered daily in a vivacious and fresh restaurant. The licensed pub, though little and cozy, proposes local ale and a choice of wines and spirits. A tranquil hall is obtainable for visitors to unbend in, and is notorious evenings for a pre dinner drink, or an after dinner savoury coffee and brandy. Siesta tea is also accessible. There is ample car park on spot. The holiday hotel is located just a 15-minute stroll away from Woodbridge's captivating Market Hill, from where you are able to wander down to the boutique-lined Thoroughfare, stopping for refreshments in one of the city's olde worlde pubs before finishing your stroll on the banks of the River Deben. Transportation

By ROADFrom the North - A12Follow the signs towards Woodbridge. The highway turns into a dual carriageway close to Wickham Market, and then returns to a commodious single highway. At the following roundabout, do not turn left, but keep on the A12. Once again this is a dual carriageway with a 40 mile per hour speed limit. You'll pass a Shell petrol station on the left. At the following roundabout, go totally round the roundabout and come back on yourself. Once again you'll pass another Shell petrol station. Grove House Hotel is the huge terracotta building on the left, 200yds past the Shell garage, and set back off the highway in a lay by. From the South A12Follow the signs to the A12, Lowestoft. The highway is dual carriage way. When you get to a roundabout at the foot of a hill with just 2 exits (one to Lowestoft and 1 to Woodbridge Town Centre), take the 1st turning towards Lowestoft and remain on the A12. The dual carriageway continues for another mile and then returns to a single carriageway. At the following roundabout (Wyevale Nursery on the left), continue direct over. Continue past the Shell petrol station on your left, and you'll find Grove House Hotel 200yds further on. It's a capacious terracotta building set back off the highway in a lay by.
