General Information

Bank Guest cottage is a family run work located in the very heart of Wick. The vistas at the rear face the rural area and it's also only a short stroll down to the haven. neighboring to bus station and railway station Bank Guest cottage is next to the boutiques, and in addition to some marvellous restaurants such as Bord De L'eau (French), Mackays (Traditional), K2 (Indian), and certainly Silver Darlings who do nice steaks! Locationwick is also about 20mins from John O'Groats which makes it a ideal rest stop for the ferry to Orkney or the Shetland Islands! The FamilyThe Bank Guest cottage is managed by Angela, Willy and small Hannah. They purchased the structure 3 years ago and have been renovating ever since. Angela is a seamstress, her business able to be seen in some of lovely curtains around the cottage, she runs her own sewing work. Willy is a fireman, and in addition spends all his spare time working on the Guest cottage itself. Hannah is the newest addition to Bank cottage and features just turned one. She loves meeting recent persons and will probably provide you with a cuddle!

Transportation

Wick AIRPORTTurn right out of airport car parking and continue along Ackergill Street' till you arrive to the North Primary School which is on the left hand side of the highway. In front of the school on the right is Hill Avenue'. Turn right onto Hill Avenue and continue till combination. At combination turn left onto George Street', visit on this highway. It will take you via the traffic lights around the corner on the right hand side is Bank holiday hotel. Trainon leaving the railway station turn left, visit on this highway which goes downhill. turn first left on the mini roundabout over the bridge 100yrds left hand side Bank holiday hotel. Roadfrom Inverness you'll enter Wick by the South highway, visit on this highway. Further up this highway there are crossroads and a set of traffic lights. Go direct on. The highway will take you to a mini roundabout, take the 2nd turning off roundabout, over the bridge 100yrds left hand side Bank holiday hotel.
