Larpool Hall Country House Whitby

General Information

Built in 1796, Larpool Hall is an outstanding farmstead set within 14 acres of peaceful terraces and forests, with splendid vistas over the Esk Valley and to the sea at Whitby. With its narrow streets and iconic ruined monastery, Whitby is approximately 1 miles away. A lot of of the 25 en-suite bedrooms face the woody grounds and are equiped with a hairdryer, clock radio and additionaly tea/coffee making service. Televisions and telephones are not provided in the bedrooms. Larpool Hall, designated non-smoking, features an inner thermal pool, 2 lounges and a brasserie. Meals are catered in an unofficial, familiar atmosphere at tables for up to 8 clients. A three-course dinner is catered at seven to seven. 30pm for a charge of 18 GBP for a person. Whether you would like to have dinner at the grange please contact the cottage before 6pm to produce your dinner reservation. An option of full English or nutritious breakfas is offered. To enable you to produce the majority of your tourism or strolling vacation, a self-select picnic snack able to be provided for small charge of ten GBP for a person. Free parking zone is obtainable. Please inform the farmstead in good time whether you intend to arrive after 10.30pm. Bedrooms are gettable from two. 30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by ten. 00am on the day of departure. The farmstead is a prime base for those on an activity or strolling vacation with the North Yorkshire Moors National Park just a quarter of a mile away. Other surrounding sights include York, 60 miles away and Castle Howard, 49 miles away. This grange features a four-star Visit Britain rating.

Transportation

Follow A171 south east. At crossroads with traffic lights turn right towards Scarborough and cross River esk by means of bridge. Turn right into Larpool Drive on the left. Drive past the cottages to upper of drive and central entry to hotel.
