Hotel Central Weymouth

General Information

The Hotel Central, as its name implies, is comfortably located for all the local sights, being at the foot of the coast, the Pavilion Theatre and the working seventeenth centuty harbor. The city center is one minute's level stroll away. The breakfast room is a captivating venue in which to have dinner and easily reachible on the 1st floor. Our chefs propose a varied carte menu with an option of dishes at each meal. The inn features full central heating for those early and late season breaks and a passenger elevator to all floors. The Hotel Central features 28 bedrooms, all en-suite, with color TV and teacoffee making amenities. 2 bedrooms have been particularly purposed to facilitate customers who have limited mobility, both are on the 1st floor and every features a spacious bathroom, which holds a bath with handrails, an adjustable hand basin and a toilet with suite at the side for a wheelchair. On the ground floor there is a hall brasserie where dancing and live amusement is catered a few nights a month. Visitors of the Hotel Central can to use the amenities of our sister hotel, the Fairhaven, which is located in front of the Hotel Central. Car park: On-street permit is obtainable, but must be reserved when booking.

Transportation

From Dorchester follow the signs for Weymouth and on arrival in the city produce your way to the EsplanadeBeach. Continue past the Jubilee Clock and Kings Statue and head towards the Ferry Terminal. The Hotel Central is exactly beyond our sister hotel, the Fairhaven Hotel. It's easier for our dear guests to check in at the Fairhaven Hotel, which is on your right hand side just before the one-way system around the Alexander Gardens.
