Stoberry House nestles within 26 acres of park and its attractive 6 acre parks with astonishing views over the City of Wells, its cathedral and the Vale of Avalon, is within a short distance of Wells. The old City with its Cathedral features a lot of attractive historical sights, and Bath and Bristol, Longleat, Stourhead, Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge are easily reachible by auto, and there are plenty of varied attractions and activities in the region. Stoberry was aboriginally the coach cottage attached to one of the biggest early Georgian houses in Wells. This Georgian period coach cottage features been changed into a gracious family home. Well furnished reception desk suites lead to privately and furnished with a taste bedrooms, all en room, and with ravishing vistas of the terraces and encompassing village. Visitors have the use of the living room, TV suite, and their own living room. We also have a reading apartment and living room to unbend in. The park features seats strategically positioned to seize the opportunity of our famous vistas and as darkness falls we light the one and a half acre walled park so our dear guests able to adore the visual difference and contrast of light and shadow on the plants and sculptures: it's like painting with light.

Transportation

From Bristol or Bath enter Wells on the A39; immediately after the 30 mph sign, take the 1st left turn into College Road; then immediately left via the wrought iron gateway into Stoberry Park. At the upper of the Park, bear right and follow tar driveway into the walled park.
