General Information

The Park House is a lovely bed & breakfast close to the very heart of Warwick just a short meander from Warwick Castle, museums, restaurants, gardens, and the railway station. The cottage is a lovely 19th century blue brick building with eight letting bedrooms and an extensive breakfast room. All rooms in the hotel have en suite amenities, free wi-fi access, colour tv, and teacoffee making service. Owner and former restaurateur, Ata Chalayan, prepares an amiable breakfast and makes each effort possible to ensure visitors have a nice staying.

We are situated on the major A445 Warwick to Leamington highway, about 5 min amble from Warwick railway station and 10 mins amble from Warwick Castle and city center.
