General Information

A warm and welcoming salutation awaits you at Broadgate Farm vacation cottages only 2 miles from the market place city of Beverley in East Yorkshire and mins from Beverley Westwood. 5 self catering vacation cottages skilfully converted from period farm buildings sleeping from four to eight, every with its own privately-owned garden/patio region. The country house is embedded in 19 acres of grass & woods where we are developing a nature trail and wildlife pond for our dear guests to enjoy.

Broadgate Farm is in the East Riding of Yorkshire where the Yorkshire Wolds meets Holderness. This shire is full of hidden treveller gems, there is so much to do here that you could visit for a week and do something various each day! Broadgate Farm is advantageously located with all of the local sights within simple get to. Unlike plenty of UK vacation destinations there is precisely as much to do here whatever the weather or time of year.
All our self catering cottages have well appointed kitchens with fridges, electric ovens, gas hobs, washer dryers & microwaves. We have stayed in a lot of vacation cottages over the years and we have tried to supply your house with all that you may need.

Electricity and heating are included in the price you pay for your vacation let, downstairs there is underfloor heating with radiators to the top floor. Further to some of our cottages have forest burning stoves – the 1st basket of logs is self-sufficient with refills accessible at £5 per basket.

All clients get a welcome pack on arrival, linen, towels and tea towels are offered. Whether you have any peculiar needs for younger customers such as travel cots and high chairs please demand at the time of booking and we will happily give free.

All self catering cottages are no smoking – one well behaved little pet welcome at supplementary cost in 2 of our vacation cottages - The Forge & The Granary.

No dining on place but a few restaurants not far from and besides delivery alternatives.
