Embedded in the Lake District National Park you'll find small countryside of Spark Bridge which is lodged in the Crake Valley. The Royal Oak Inn dates back to the seventeenth centuty and was primarily constructed as a manager's cottage for the local bobbin mill. The guesthouse features a romantic traditonal feel. Leave the M6 at fusion 36 and take the A590 for Barrow in Furness. Follow for approx 20 miles then turn right onto the A5092 Workington highway at the countryside of Greenodd. Follow the highway for approx one and a half miles and you'll see Spark Bridge signposted on your right.
