Continue on the A194 then unite with the A19 North.5. Follow the signposts for the Tyne Tunnel. The tunnelis a toll tunnel and payment is made on the north side(approx £1. 00 per car).6. On leaving the tunnel, at the roundabout take the exitsigned A19, Tynemouth.7. At the Silverlink Roundabout take the exit signedA1058 and Tynemouth. As you leave the airport take the second exit at theroundabout to unite the A696.2. At the following roundabout take the second exit signed A1North and Morpeth.3. Leave the A1 at the exit signed for A19, Tyne Tunneland Tynemouth.4. Now refer to point two. from A1 from the NorthBy Rail---------Newcastle Central (train) Station is situated in Newcastle City, approx ten miles from the Grand Hotel. From in this place you able to take a Metro train facilities to Tynemouth Metro Station and the inn is a ten minutes amble from here, although there is a cab rank outside. Parking----------there are private car park spaces to the facade and to the south side of the inn, with on-street car park to the facade and to the north side.
