David and Angela invite you to their family run Guest cottage, where quality and good value for money are secured. The holiday hotel include 6 en room suites, ranging from singles, doubles, family and twin suites. All suites are exceptionally serene and cozy, and centrally heated. Each room features a Flat screen Freeview TVDVD, hairdryer, complementary teas, savoury coffee and mineral water. We also have Free WIFi connection. We have Free car park to the back, in addition to independent on highway car park. Breakfasts and suppers are catered in our dining region which catches the sun 24 hours a day. The holiday hotel is located in the popular Scarborough highway district which is central to all Restaurants, threatre, Conference heart but is away from the major fuss. a warm and hospitable welcome is assured.

Enter torquay on the major Newton Abbott highway (A380)As you enter Torquay and beginning passing all the principal retailers(Riveria way) ascertain you visit in the left hand lane and follow signs for Paington and sea facade. You'll pass several traffic lights and then on your right hand side you'll see Halfords, and an immense amount of blue storage vechiles, make certain you turm right here (Avenue road) and follow signs for sea facade.
