General Information

four Star, Gold Award Winning Fairways is perfectly located on the flat and is next to the sea facade. There is direct access to amenities such as the Riviera Centre, Princess Theatre, Torquay's Shopping Centre, the Harbour and the quaint, thatched countryside of Cockington. There is ample, independent, car park on spot for all our dear guests and our wi-fi is also independent. We are open all year round, including Christmas, for long or short breaks, weekly or mid-weekly bookings. We invite couples, singles and those away from home on work. Suites are obtainable from 2pm on day of arrival, but whether you plan to arrive before then let us know and we will do our ultimate to make certain your apartment is prepared. Whether you're hiking by train or coach we able to collect you from the relative station whether you let us know your designed arrival time in Torquay. In September 2010 we received the '4 Star Gold Award' by Visit England. This is in recognition of the amenities we provide in addition to the attention and care to detail that we extend to our dear guests. We are very glad to have achieved this Standard. Access: From the flat car parking there are 2 steps up into the entrance hall greenhouse. We have 2 first floor bedrooms (the Four Poster and a Family Room, which able to be booked as a double), a double and a twin suite are up a flight of 13 steps and two double bedrooms and a family bedroom are up a further flight of three steps. The breakfast room is a step down from the hallway.

Transportation

From the M5: M5 Junction 31 (South of Exeter) Follow signs for A38 A380 Plymouth TorquayWhen the highway splits, take left fork for A380 Torquay. At extensive Newton Abbott roundabout, take second left for Torquay. Follow this highway direct through to Torquay till it splits. At this time you should have Torre Railway Station and Halfords' on your right, with a sign in facade of you stating: Brixham, Paignton, Sea Front and Harbour'Take the right fork this is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right hand side about 800 m further on at the following set of traffic lights. From the West: Head for Plymouth and then the A38 towards ExeterAfter South Brent take A385 to Totnes and PaigntonWhen in Paignton follow signs for Torquay (A379)Follow the highway around the Bay, past the Corbyn Head and Livermead hotels, till you arrive to the traffic lights at the Grand Hotel and the signpost to Torquay Railway StationTurn left onto Rathmore Road.
