The Carpenters Arms Inn Tonbridge

General Information

The Carpenters Arms is an absolutely new hotel. We have built a status as a high standard gastro-pub, producing fine food and serving clients in a warm hospitable manner. The suites are all recent and done to appeal to the professional traveller. They all have LCD screens and Aqualisa Quartz power showers and are furbished to a high standard. Our objective is to produce you take pleasure in your visit and want to come back. Out staff of chefs will prepare your fine breakfast giving you an option of full English, smoked salmon, poached haddock, pastries. Our image for food features everytime been pretty and we are proud of ourselves on making your visit a cheerful one. Once you have checked in you can have a rest by one of our log fires appreciating a pint or glass of wine then when prepared, you are able to go through for dinner. The Carpenters is personally owned and we take plenty of pride in the appearance of the pub and mood of our brasserie and restaurant. We are 35 minutes from Gatwick airport so staying for the weekend and enjoying all the heritage of Kent which is on our doorstep is a superior notion, we are encircled by marvellous strolls down to the medway so why not take a walk to stroll off your fine breakfast or just chill by the fire, choice is yours.

Transportation

M25 take the A21 turnoff for Sevenoaks, visit on A21till you get to North Tonbridge turn off, take this and head into Tonbridge (3 miles) once in Tonbridge turn left at the A26 Maidstone sign, head miles on the A26 til you get to the BP petrol station on your right hand side, take this turn off and we are two hundreds meters on the left( you'll see our sign). Coming from Tunbridge Wells visit on the A26 and head through Southbough then head for Tonbridge, visit on the A26 heading for Maidstone, this will bring you onto the Hadlow highway, drive for two mins approximately a mile or so and you'll see the BP petrol stion on your right, turn right there and we are 200 m on the left. From Tonbridge mainline railway station a cab will take five minutes and cost approximately 6 pounds.
