Brook Farm Bed and Breakfast Tenterden

General Information

Rated five Star with Gold accolade, Brook Farm is a seventeenth centuty listed cottage embedded in five acres of terraces and meadows with rustic vistas of the pretty Kent village. Deluxe bed & breakfast lodging in the converted barn next to the major cottage provides clients with solitude and their own access to come and go as they please. Clients to the BandB are welcome to use the Heated swimming pool in summer time months (by prior arrangement). Breakfast is cooked on the AGA using locally sourced and Organic make where ever possible. There are 2 excellent pubs in Woodchurch countryside, while Tenterden is exactly three miles away and Rye just 10 miles. All 3 suites are en-suite and are well sized, having solid oak flooring, ledge and brace doors and attractive French oak furniture. To produce your visit pleasing you have Flat Screen TV with built in freeview channels, Free Wi-Fi I-net access, hairdryer, clockradio alarm and CD player, and a cordiality tray with a choice of teas, coffees, biscuits and bottled mineral water. Heating controls are completely free allowing clients full control of their own surroundings. En-suites have high pressure shower, heated towel rail, luxury towels and additionaly slippers and toiletries. A peaceful nights sleep is aided by the crisp white linen on the king-size beds. The beds are offered by Hypnos and are the exact same ones they supply to a lot of upper hotels, including the five star Skibo Castle in Scotland (where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married). For the leisure of all our dear guests, we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the site. For your added security, smoke detectors are installed in each apartment and linked together. Please take into account that we are unable to accept any kids under the age of 12.

Transportation

Situated right outside Woodchurch, three miles from Tenterden, on the Tenterden Woodchurch highway, B2067. Set back from the highway, with the driveway and entry on the right hand side of the farmhouse leading to the barn and roomy parking. From the M20, take Junction 9, Ashford. From Ashford, follow A28 south towards Tenterden. After approximately four miles, turn left signposted to Woodchurch (there's a brown hiking sign for the Windmill). Follow this highway direct for three miles and you come at Woodchurch countryside. Continue direct down via the countryside and you come at a T-junction (Stone Bridge pub). Turn right towards Tenterden and you're now on our highway, Brook avenue, B2067. You will immediately go round a sharp left bend, followed by a sharp right bend. Brook Farm is the 2nd cottage on the right, 400metres up the highway. Turn right into the driveway just before the major cottage. From Tenterden High Street, overlooking North East towards Ashford and the A28. Go to the end of the High Street and take the highway on the right (Oaks Road) just after the traffic lights, signposted Woodchurch and Appledore. Go to the end of this highway (500metres) and turn left at the T-junction, signposted Woodchurch. After 100metres, turn directly at the cross highways onto the Woodchurch Road, B2067, signposted Woodchurch and the Tenterden Golf Club. Continue on this highway going past the Tenterden Golf Club. Continue for three miles. You'll then pass a single Oast House on the left called Ditton Farm Oast. Then a little highway on the right called Moor Lane, and a white villa on the left. Leisurely down as we are the following cottage on the left, set back from the highway and easily missed! Turn left into the driveway just after the major cottage.
