Having been constructed in Anglo-Saxon times, the Old Ferry Boat is England's oldest inn. Historical documents record that liquor was 1st retailed here as early as 560 A.D, although experts estimate that the foundations are a century older. Transportation

At Holywell, close to Needingworth, which is signposted from the A1123 between St Ives and Earith. Turn at the Holywell sign, and follow the highway round for approximately one mile to the Old ferry Boat Inn. We are less than 10 min drive from the A14 and M11.
