Call 01487 842646 for availability We are situated in Rectory Road Bluntisham some three miles east of St. Ives on the A1123, entirely with easy reach from the A14, M11 and the A1(M) whether you're hiking by highway (just pop in PE28 3LN) into your sat nav to produce it easier. By rail, there are marvellous bus links to St. Ives from Cambridge and Huntingdon railroad stations (Stagecoach facilities 55) where we able to organize to collect you from St. Ives bus station a small over three miles away. In East Anglia and the Fens, there are an outstanding deal of activities to participate in, and places to undergo. Right beyond Bramble Corner is a newly opened section of the RSPB Wetland Trust district for bird watching enthusiasts, but besides within a 3 mile radius, there is hole golf, sailing, strolling (the Ouse Valley Way), fishing, canoeing, river boat hire, and local sports heart for swimming etc. Further afield there are plenty of old memorials, stately homes, wildlife gardens and a landlord of other things to stay. Cambridge, itself, with its connection with the illustrious University, is a must to look around and the open upper bus tour is an absolute necessary. With its connection with the War and in peculiar the RAF and USAF, we have greeted a lot of persons whose association with the region features brought back plenty of memories. We provide a sincere welcome in our 5 letting apartment lodging, currently three star Enjoy England (the ancient Tourist Board) rated, and have a visitor breakfast room for your use, where you are sure to enjoy locally produced bacon and sausages, eggs from our own flock of chickens that roam the orchard, home grown tomatoes (when in season) local mushrooms, and our own home made yoghurt and home made preserves. We also provide fresh fruit when in season, but we do freeze our own Victoria plums for you to enjoy during all the year. Stewed plums with home made yoghurt is tasty.
