We have a very cozy visitor hall, which is light and graceful, features leather settees, huge TV, and log fires in the winter .We have nice terraces and marvelous views over St Blazey, the Luxylan Valley and encompassing village. Not far from we have horse riding stables, places to go fishing and courses in golf. The good fishing countrysides of Mevagissey, Polperro, Looe and the river side countrysides of Polruan and Fowey are within several miles and the surrounding Cornish coastline with beaches and waterside paths is waiting to be explored. From in this place you can investigate all that Cornwall can offer entirely easily by auto or train, using bike trails or on foot. A local bike hire boutique adjacent to cycle track in Pentewan, able to usually assist with bikes and advice. By auto we are five minutes from the Eden Project, approximately 15 from the Lost Gardens of Heligon and fifteen mins from Lanhydrock House and its attractive estate and terraces. At Vine Cottage we are within a short distance of lots of other fantastic Cornish terraces and historic houses well worth visiting. The fishing countrysides of Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro are waiting to be explored with celebrated restaurants, fresh caught and newly cooked fish pubs boutiques waterside paths and lovely landscape. The city of Fowey on the river Foy is a must, stay Polrun by passenger ferry or Bodinnick by auto ferry or take the passenger ferry to Mevagissey. Stay the Fowey boutiques, museums and pubs and retaurants or take a gentle walk though Fowey to the coast at Readymoney. From Vine Cottage you are able to go horse riding, if you want a lesson or to go out pony trekking, we have stables 15 mins away by auto. There are hole golf clubs not far from for those who would like to spend a day on greenish. You might want to spend time fishing, rod hire able to be arranged through Vine Cottage or the local Fishing boutique, who able to also provide advice on rods permits and one of the best places to go.
