The Guesthouse was fully rejuvenated in 2010. The result is a broad and relaxing building which will afford you with a calm and relaxed visit. We provide five well given adjacent apartments, which have flat screen TV, Wifi, and a cordiality tray, self-sufficient off highway parking, and a visitor hall with TV. In addition to the usual double and twin bedrooms, we has to offer a family apartment and an M2 pack disabled apartment. Further to the structure complies with all the plurality new stringent saftey & sound insulation regulations so you'll not be maintained awake by another clients TV! We are ojnly five mins outside Southport but we are away from the fuss of the center of the city but within a short distance of all Southport's facilities. We are 3 min (yes truly just three! ) stroll from Birkdale countryside center, which features a superb selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques. We have best transport lines to Liverpool by means of highway, bus (outside door) and train (5 mins wander to station), and are within a short distance of the M6, M58 and M57. We are situated on the UK's own "Golf Coast" and are within 15 min drive of five championship Golf Courses, with a choice of a few other privately-owned and municiple courses surrounding. Our family apartment consist of 2 seperate adjacent apartments which are reached by a single lockable door from the major corridor. This offers you parents with some solitude but secures that your family is constantly safe. Our disbaled apartment is located on the first floor with outstanding access to the parking, breakfast room and hall and a 2nd apartment good for a carer.
