Transportation

Train Station. Shipley Train Station is locates right at the bottom end of Kirkgate, a short amble from Abbey Lodge. Whether you're hiking by train you are able to either grab a cab directly outside the major entry to the station or, whether you favour to stroll, turn left immediately upon leaving the station, stroll across the car parking and over the footbridge. Turn left at the end of the footbridge and stroll to the trafic lights. Cross the major highway and you'll see Barclays Bank on the corner. You're now on Kirkgate. Continue to stroll up the hill, past the Market Square and we are approximately 300 m up from the Town Hall.
