All apartments at The Auckland Hotel have tea/coffee making service, color TV, radios and are fully en room. There are direct-dial telephones in all apartments. A well stocked brasserie is attractively set out to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. We can to propose an marvellous wine vault. In the restaurant we provide an option of Full English or Continental breakfasts. Evenings we cater liberal portions chosen from our 5 course carte menu. Both the breakfast room and brasserie hall open onto a portico which catches the sun in the mornings and throughout the day. The hotel is next to the idyllic Shanklin Old Village with its gift boutiques, pubs and tea-rooms and, in the opposite direction, the rock elevator which takes you down to the coast. The Auckland Hotel is located in Shanklin on the south west beach of the Isle of Wight, nestling at the southern end of Sandown Bay. Shanklin is celebrated for its beautiful sandy coastline offering secure bathing for all the family. Shanklin enjoys an envied record of sunshine and is indeed a cute spot to spend a vacation.
