Applehay Studio

General Information

Applehay Studio is set on the Dorset, Wiltshire border in a rustic setting in the midst of a conventional scenic village green. It's directly opposite a social countryside pub, which dispenses true ales and home-cooked food. There are also plenty of other eating establishments within a ten minutes drive. The Studio features a vista of the countryside pond and is encircled by a lot of acres of common land, with strolls and cycling from the door. It's a lovely rustic escape for several craving to investigate the region. We are five mins from Shaftesbury with it is prominent Gold Hill, half an hour from Salisbury and 8 mins from the A303. We also have over-the-air broadband connection. Sorry no pets allowed. The Studio is not good for kids under the age of 8 yrs and thanks to the spiral staircase and low ceiling height upstairs, the studio is not good for persons with mobility problems.

Transportation

Head along the A350 towards Shaftesbury leaving the A303 beyond you. Several miles along take the left hand turning signposted Semley and Wardour Castle. Keep going into Semley countryside past countryside pub on left, round sharp right hand bend and Applehay studio is the 1st right hand driveway.
