Spire House is situated in Exeter Street, the principal street leading into the town from the South. We are directly in front of the Cathedral Close Wall and several m from St Ann Gate an entry to the Cathedral Close. Use either the A338A354 or A3094 when approaching from the South. From the North of the town approach using A36A360A345A30 and drive to Exeter Street through the Churchhill Way Ringroad.
