General Information

The Hotel include adjoining Georgian houses and resides the top situation in an historic park crescent. A lot of suites, some with their own balconies, brag marvelous views over the boatyard and English Channel. The hall features a true open log fire and an honesty brasserie where you facilitate yourself to drinks. Full complimentary Wi-fi broadband I-net access is obtainable in all bedrooms and public zone, either with our own laptop or PDA or using the caller computer in one of our lounges. We also have a confidential 20 seat screening roomcinema where you are able to watch movies (free! ) on a 10' by 8' foot screen. (See picture) Ramsgate is approximately thirty minutes from the ferry terminal at Dover, 15 min drive from Margate, 10 min drive from Pfizer, 10 minute drive from the Westwood Shopping complex, 10 min from Broadstairs, 10 minute from Kent International Airport Manston, and two mins from the ferry terminal here in Ramsgate. Prices comprise VAT and English Breakfast. While we endeavour to keep availability as up to date as possible it's everytime worth checking with the guesthouse directly as inevitably changes are always being made. The suite will be gettable from 2pm. Whether access is required before that time please reserve from the former day. Clients are asked to vacate their apartments by 11am on the day of departure. The reservation is assured to the credit card presented. All invoices settled with an American Express card will attract a three. 5% + VAT (4. 03% inc VAT) charge. Invoices which are settled by other Credit Cards or Debit Card will carry no extra charge. In the event that you should need to cancel a reservation, we shall require notice of day and night prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made within day and night of arrival will incur charges equivalent to one nights lodging to the aforementioned credit card. This policy also applies to clients already in-house who are asked to provide day and night notice of early departure in order to avoid charges. Any bookings totalling more than five suite nights (either as a single reservation or a group reservation) must pay a non-refundable 25% deposit.

As you enter the city from the London end, follow signs to the seafront. When you come at the facade, Nelson Crescent is the 1st turning on your left.
