The complex includes a 6 apartment hotel and 9 golf course. Welbeck Manor is located in just off the A38, three miles from Plympton and seven miles from Plymouth. The hotel is encircled with scenic Devonshire village. The Manor cottage was planned and re-built in 1847 by Isambard Kingdom Brunel on the property of the antique manor built in 1480.
