General Information

Ellangowan is a pleasant Victorian Villa located in the tranquil residential region of Lower Oakfield in the attractive Highland Holiday city of Pitlochry in Perthshire. A short stroll from the House to the city center of Pitlochry you shall find renowned boutiques, marvellous restaurants and the beautiful Victorian quality of the city. There is ample private car park at our home with steps leading down to luscious lonely park. With only a short amble to Pitlochry city center you shall find prominent boutiques, marvellous restaurants, and the cute Victorian quality of the city. Also within short distance you shall find the River Tummel and Loch Faskally with Pitlochry's renowned dam and salmon ladder and our internationally celebrated celebration cinema, known as the Theatre in the Hills'. In addition to top quality plays and a picture museum and the cinema is open all day for morning coffee, snack and dinner and is a ideal place to just sit and watch the salmon leap from the river. We have 3 delightful roomy bedrooms highly furnished with a taste. 2 are double apartments and 1 twin, all can to take an additional bed or travel cot which we able to supply. All suites are en-suite with bath, shower, WC and wash hand basin and delightful toiletries.

Transportation

From The North. Proceed on the major highway of Pitlochry, Atholl Road. After passing most of Pitlochry's busy mall center turn left into Bonnethill highway. Go up this steep curved hill for approximately 50 meters and turn right into Toberagan Road. Lower Oakfield forks off Toberagan Road to the right. Once on Lower Oakfield Ellangowan is the third House on your right. From the South. Proceed along Pitlochry's major highway, Atholl RoadPast Bells Blair Atholl Distillery continue under small railway bridge untill you see the right turn into East Moulin Road just after the Scout Hut. Go up this steep curved hill for approximately 25 m and Lower Oakfield is the 1st highway on your left. Once on Lower Oakfield Ellangowan is the third House on your left.
