It's situated only a kilometer from the downtown and Penzance Train Station. Surrounding sights include The Land’s End, Isles of Scilly, St Michael’s Mount and the Lizard Peninsula.

All 70 rooms for guests are classified into Family, Four-Poster, Twin and Single lodgings. Every is furnished with a tv, savoury coffee and tea maker, phone and an en-suite bathroom. Most of the suites have vistas over the whirlpool.

Transportation

From the A30 - roundabout marked Penzance and Lands End. Please follow the signs for Penzance passing the train station on the left. Keep in the left hand lane and follow sign for promenadeNewlyn. You'll pass over the Ross Bridge, follow the highway past the open-air swimming pool on your left. Follow the Promenade highway till you get to the inn on the right hand side, the car parking able to be accessed by turning right in to Morrab Road at Ginos Restaurant, then turn left in to hotel parking.
