General Information

The Fountain Inn is a sixteenth century Coaching Inn with an attractive patio park and patrons car parking at the back. Located on the edge of Dartmoor, the city of Okehampton proposes celebrated access to the national garden and quite a few walking/cycling chances accessible. Our six letting suites are all en-suite with color TV and facilities of making tea/coffee, and our cafe & hall brasserie propose a wide range of drinks, coffee, and food catered throughout the day. A conventional market place city nestling in the northern foothills of Dartmoor, Okehampton is a generous venue for the open-air enthusiast. Known as the strolling center of Devon, guests able to discover the wild side of Dartmoor on foot or investigate forgotten countrysides by bike. Then there's riding, swimming, fishing and hole golf. For the less active there is a Victorian shopping arcade, a museum, a pleasant garden for picnics and the 2nd oldest Norman Castle in the shire.
