General Information
The Oyster Inn faces the falls of Lora where whirlpools and impressive white water flows at the ebb and flood tides. The guesthouse also enjoys breathtaking views to the hills of Movern and Mull and is strategically positioned for visiting Argyll's main sights. It was constructed initially in the eighteenth century to cater ferry passengers but the ferry features since been made redundant by the up-to-date highway bridge alongside the cantilever railway bridge of 1903. Our Bedrooms are cozy and have marvellous pictures of the locale. There are power showers to die for, ensuring that guests like the transcendent in leisure! Every Room is named after one of the islands, lochs and rare malt whiskies or bays ensuite. The suites are enchased in classic creams with DVD and CD players, TV's and radios. Whether you are able to resist the charms of the Ferryman's brasserie then we provide a choice of DVD's to enjoy, Whilst relaxing after a pleasant meal in the Oyster Inn Restaurant, You able to also rest in the dwellers hall with panorama over Loch Etive.
