The Regent is situated on the esplanade of Oban, in front of the pier. Just several mins amble from the city center, the dramatic vistas across the sea to the distant islands will captivate visitors upon arrival. There are 3 bars within the inn in which to specimen a dram of warming single malt or enjoy a meal ready by the qualified in-house chefs. There is also a balcony district facing the sea where visitors are able to unwind. The restaurant provides an idle setting to enjoy conventional Scottish cuisine. The guesthouse includes a conventional building in the baronial fashion attached to the major body of the structure which dates from the 1930s and is in an Art Deco fashion. The entrance hall is medium sized and conventional in character with some touches from the 1930s.
