The site is all on ground level, with big parking on the shared driveway. The Garden Room is a disunite annexed building next to the owner's property and as such you'll have access to their lovely child hospitable walled park. On entering the Garden Room there is a well furnished kitchen with double hob, oven and microwave. The snug and ample sitting room/diner features a tv/cd player. There is a comprehensive bedroom with a king-size bed or the option of 2 singles with crisp cotton sheets, and the high-spec bathroom features a disunite shower cubicle The Garden Room is immaculately clear and features such an outstanding city center tranquil location you'll not be disappointed with your choice.
