Higher Rixdale Farm is a working farm providing 4 star bed & breakfast in the tranquillity and calmness of the brilliant South Devon village. Its 105 acres consist of preserved heath land with marvelous vistas, good forest and a stream and grassland. Higher Rixdale Farm is the best ground for a visit in Devon, situated only 10 miles south of the cathedral and University City of Exeter, 25 miles from historic Plymouth and within vicinity of Teignmouth, Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton and Dartmoor. In the firsthand district there is hole golf, sandy beaches, strolling, cycling, horse riding, tennis and river trips, to name but several of the local activities.
