Leave the A30 signposted to Newquay A392. Follow the brown signs to Fistral Beach from Quintrell Downs. Keep going till you pass a Texaco garage on the right. At the upper of the hill take the 2nd exit off the roundabout, silent signposted to Fistral Beach. After the roundabout take the 1st right into Crantock Street. Breaks is 50m on your right.
