The Lynton House Newquay is situated in the center of Newquay and faces the Killacourt, a grassy region by Towan Beach. The inn is within mins from a range of boutiques, amusements, restaurants and night clubs. Surrounding sights include the Gannel Estuary, Trenance Leisure Park, Zoo and the Sea Life Centre.

All nine rooms for guests are non smoking and catered with service like colored televisions, savoury coffee and tea makers, shaver points and main heating amenities. Some are en-suite and have bathrooms with shower.

Transportation

Hiking southwest on A30, follow signs for Newquay A392, approx five miles. You'll come a countryside called Quintrell Downs, at roundabout take second exit. Follow highway for approx two miles. At next roundabout take second exit (straight over) follow highway for approx 12 mile. At next roundabout take first exit onto Trevemper Road follow to next roundabout and take second exit onto Ganel Road. Follow for approx 1 mile. At next roundabout take second exit onto Tower Road and follow for approx 14 mile. Take second turning on right into Hope Terrace (one way street). The highway will curve round to the right where you are sure to se a boutique on thrigh hand side called 'Paint Spot'. Take the following turning on your left. It will look as though you're heading into the city center and there maybe plenty of persons strolling in the highways! Follow the roadaround to the left passing the 'Central Inn Pub' which will be on your left hand side. Take the firsthand right turn opposite 'Londis' onto Beach Road. At the combination turn left and then right where you see the sign for 'The Crecent and Hotels'. You'll find Lynton House located on the right hand side.
