General Information

Following apartment refurbishments in spring 2008, the White Hart in Newmarket features reopened as under the Marston's Inns brand. Every of our 18 en-suite apartments is rendered to a high standard and proposes flat screen digital TVs, dainty bedding, tea/coffee making amenities and free wireless internet for visitors. The inn is superbly located on the High Street in the very heart of Newmarket, only 20 mins amble from the racecourse and ten mins from the Tattersalls auctioneers. The suites are located above our beautiful brasserie providing a late licence till 2am on weekend nights (with in-house DJ's playing loud music till this time). The brasserie serves a full carte menu offering everything from sandwiches and lunches to full meals, all supplemented by our variety of wines, beers and soft drinks. This is the ideal location for anyone who wants to be at the foot of the action in the very heart of the city. A function suite is obtainable for conference meetings, parties and wedding receptions and there is ample self-sufficient parking zone for all customers. Apartment rates are inclusive of our fantastic cooked and nutritious breakfas. Please NOTE: There is a £25 surcharge per apartment per night on race days.

Transportation

Tranquil location -A11 between Norwich and London. From Newmarket high boulevard direct over the mini roundabout by the clock citadel go down the high street, past the horse racing museum on your left, we are on the right in front of the jockey club and post office. Rail -Newmarket station 12 mile. Airport - London Stanstead Airport 40mins, Cambridge Airport 20mins. Coach - Newmarket buses and coaches pass opposite the hotel on a regular basis, check with local bus facilities for a time desk.
