General Information

Fully rejuvenated in September 2010, with a fresh greenhouse, independent wi-fi and wired I-net and sleeping four groun-ups and a little child, this cute family run self catering villa is obtainable all year round and it is serene location at the foot of the A1 between the airport and Newcastle downtown makes it a ideal stopover for both work travelers and town customers. It's located at the head of a tranquil cul-de-sac in a residential district and with local butiques and a underground (train) station just three mins stroll away. The villa is ornamented in up-to-date neutral colours and comes the entire with a 34 tv, DVD player, individual bed linen, towels and all the usual refinements you would expect at home. It is perfect for families, with childrens character bedding (Barbie, Thomas the Tank Engine etc) and cot availability. It is perfect for disabled vistors with low level light switches, huge corridors and access ramps by demand. It is perfect for summer months in the evenings with a barbeque stand in the park, wide decked district and a greenhouse. Staying with us compared to a hotel apartment gives you 10 times the usable district for around the same price making it one of the best value overnight lodging in the locality. No Stag or Hen parties please as the villa is located in a tranquil residential district. A booking gives you complete villa but it's a single property, we do not have supplementary suites in other properties. All bookings are taken by email, so we ask that you allow at least day and night before your required visit in case of delays receiving your email. Transportation

From the A1:------------------ Take the Fawdon blend (coming from the south signposted City North Gosforth and from the north: Fawdon). - On the roundabout take the exit to Fawdon (from the south: turn right, from the north: turn left). - After approximately 300 yds turn directly at the traffic lights.- After approximately 500 yds turn right into Fawdon Park Road (at the shops)- After approximately 400 yds turn left into Warrington Road. - The villa is the 2nd on the right-From the Airport:----------------------- After leaving the airport, take the 2nd left on the A696 roundabout towards Newcastle.- At the A1 mix (about three mins) turn left and continue with the directions above from the A1 (coming from the south).
