Transportation

From A1 north or south take the turning to Cockle parkHebron which is three miles north of Morpeth, follow this highway for 1 12 miles till you arrive to a T mix, turn left follow this highway for 1 mile into Longhirst Village. Barnacre is 100yds on the right after the war memorial. Alternatively from Morpeth city center take the A 197 North signposted Ashington, at the upper of the long steep hill continue direct over the roundabout after two miles you'll come into Longhirst Village,
