General Information
The Bell is a 5 star dining place with apartments on the banks of the River Monnow in rustic Monmouthshire, on the border of Wales and England. The restaurant features two AA rosettes for their food which uses make from their own organic kitchen park and other local producers, and a large multi-award winning wine catalogue and unforgettable wine vault. The eleven luxury adjacent suites collection from the standard double to the legendary fourposters or attic rooms. There are six circular strolls which have been made particularly for The Bell which take in the fantastic countryside of the Marches, Offa's Dyke and the diverse old palaces in the proximity. Superb sofas, roaring log fires and authentic ales or local ciders are there for your return! In the summer months, the veranda and state park at the rear are perfect for sipping chilled drinks on a hot day.
Transportation
From Junction 24 of the M4 motorway, take A449 towards Monmouth (at the Abergavenny mix, this highway will turn into the A40). Go via the lit tunnel and turn off left immediately after this towards Monmouth. At the mini roundabout, take second exit (straight over) and follow this highway over one set of traffic lights and four mini roundabouts. Into the countryside of Rockfield, take first right turn towards Skenfrith. Follow highway to the end and turn right onto B4521. The Bell is in the countryside of Skenfrith after about half a mile. It faces the Norman bridge and River Monnow.
