Tregenna Hotel is a family run establishment embedded in Merthyr Tydfil close to the Brecon Beacons. The splendid service, which comprise splendid accomodation and a fine restaurant, means that although we are a three-star hotel we provide the quality of a four star, making the Tregenna Hotel the perfect stopping point for both the work and vacation visitor. The Brecon Beacons just to the north of Merthyr brags excellent landscape and a lot of things to do. Just to the north of in this place you will find one of the principal small railways of Wales, the Brecon Mountain Railway. The Dan Yr Ogof Showcaves to the west of the city give fabulous metro sights. Venture into Cardiff for a day-trip and see the sights; there's Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Bay on the water facade and you are able also take a tour round the Millennium Stadium.
