General Information

This is a recently refurbished(July 2008), little, well run family Hotel( not big hotel may be between 6 to twenty rooms, run by the propreitors). It belongs to and run by a God fearing couple(with strong christian believes). All our Suites and Luxury Rooms have fantastic seaviews across the gorgeous Oval Garden of the Queen Promenade. We are close to Margate Beaches and the Winter Gardens. Some Suites have four placard beds. All suites are en-suite. Owner speaks fluent German. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the guesthouse. The Hotel is two Star, accredited by Stay Britain since April, 2008. We are effectual professionals, who will stop at nothing in providing open minded, fair and well meaning, true and aim clients with comfort and safety, in addition to serene and healthy environs. Booking and Cancellation Conditions: Once a booking features been received and confirmed to visitor, a biding contract obligates us to give and reserve the lodging and you to pay for this. We are under no obligation to accept cancellations. We reserve the right to authorise payment as shortly as Credit Card details are presented to confirm reservation. However, for unforseen circumstances, we are ready, for idyllic client relations, to accept cancellations 48 hours before the check-in date without any charges. Otherwise, the full amount of booking entire will be chargeable. Whether payment features been taken by Credit Card before cancellation, 10% of entire charges will be charged for administration. Transportation

Follow M2 and A299 to Margate. Turn left to Cliftonville at Margate Clock Tower. This hotel is on the major seafront highway from Margate to Broadstairs between Godwin Road and Harold Road on the right facing the Queen's Promenade and the sea below. There is a no. 31 Eastern Esplanade and that is where Palm Court Hotel Ltd is. From Margate Train Station, take a cab for a three mins ride to the guesthouse.
