General Information

Burwood Lodge is a pleasant Edwardian property built around the 1890 and surround by half an acre of park. Within a short walk of the vivid heart of Lyndhurst with its varied selection of social houses, restaurants and person boutiques yet just several mins away from the open wood. Burwood Lodge features 7 bedrooms, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom with 4ft bed, a twin bedroom and 2 family suites which propose bed & breakfast lodging to a high standard. All apartments are en-suite with flat screen TV, tea/coffee making amenities and hairdryer. We also provide first floor lodging for the less able which offers 2 single beds which able to be acessed through the park and ramps are accessible for wheelchairs. This room is equipped an ample shower apartment with stroll in shower at floor level and wheeled chair for use in the shower. Cyclists and ramblers are welcome and safe cycle storage is obtainable. Kids over the age of 6 years are welcome. We provide a full cooked English breakfast which consists of conventional farmhouse sausages, bacon and self-sufficient collection eggs. We also serve for vegetarians or those with peculiar diets on demand. This is catered in our restful breakfast room facing the park. Burwood Lodge also features a visitor hall and provides a computer for visitor use with I-net access and WiFi. There is also a swimming pool desk and a range of toys and books for visitor use. There is access into the park and a courtyard region with seating, offering a silent region to have an afternoon cup of tea. A flat screen tv is placed over the brick hearth for visitors pleasure.
