Simple to reach being only one hour from the Erskine Bridge, Glasgow Airport the M8. Lochgoilhead countryside is accessed from the Rest-and-be-Thankful pass by means of a 6 mile single track highway. Use it as an adorable base for tourism the Western Highlands including Inveraray, Oban, Loch Lomond and the Cowal Peninsula. Loch side setting, brasserie and breakfast room, courtyard with loch vistas, relaxation heart 1 mile away, fishing, boat hire, marked strolls. Winter Hours: Rooms open April to late October. Meals and brasserie region open all year round Thursday pm to Sunday pm.

Transportation

From Glasgow follow the A82 Loch Lomond highway to Tarbet, continue on the A83 to the upper of the Rest and be Thankful. Follow A83 to the upper of the Rest and be Thankful where The Drimsynie Estate and Lochgoilhead are signposted. Turn left on to the B828 which becomes the B839. The inn is in the midst of the countryside.
