Llandudno is a seaside and city on the North Wales beach between Conwy and Colwyn Bay. Llandudno was especially constructed as a mid-Victorian era vacation destination, and is catered by a branch railway line opened in 1858 from Llandudno Junction with stations at Deganwy and Llandudno. Llandudno, the Queen of Welsh spas, is now the biggest seaside in Wales, and lies on a flat land between the Welsh continental and the Great Orme peninsula. Llandudno, which lies in Conwy County Borough, was formerly in the surrounding area of Aberconwy within Gwynedd, and prior to 1974 was in Caernarfonshire. Llandudno is well situated for exploration the districts sights including Snowdonia (Welsh “Eryri”) is a district of North Wales, and a national garden.
