General Information

The Sportsmans Arms is a classical style inn offering all adjacent lodging. We have listened to our guests and so in these price-conscious times suites are charged on a "room-only" basis, with the option of a light breakfast (juice, cereals, toast & marmalades, tea/coffee) for £3, or full English breakfast for just £5. Our site is a key feature, being only 300yds off the A38 which makes it a ideal base for exploration Cornwall. On arrival, customers are awarded a front-door key so that they may come and go as they wish. For guests without a auto, Menheniot's railway station is almost opposite and the bus stop is at the end of the highway on the A38. We don't propose an evening meal amenities - Cornwall features such a range of dining choices, with plenty of of one of the best fish restaurants in the area only five miles away in Looe, and there is a great English/Italian restaurant at the end of the highway. All our cosy apartments are adjacent with favour tea & coffee trays and a flat-screen wall-mounted TV, with built-in Freeview and DVD player. Sky Sports is obtainable in the brasserie which is open four. 30pm to 11. 00pm Monday to Thursday, and from noon to 11. 30pm Friday to Sunday. Family suites are commodious light suites and are for use by EITHER three groun-ups or two groun-ups +1 child, or no doubt able to be booked for only two persons wanting more space!
