Shetland custom is alive in the Grand Hotel nearly one hundred years after the inn took its present delightful form. Example the past beneath turrets and steep gables that stand out in the Lerwick skyline. Or breathe in the heritage beside the roomy sandstone blocks of this magnificent building which proudly faces the haven of Lerwick. Wining and dining at the Grand Hotel is a particular event. Our restaurant is conveniently outfitted and proposes a wide range of dishes all recently cooked and nicely awarded. Before dinner you could have a drink in one of our bars and afterwards dance the night away in Shetland's only nightclub "Posers".
