From the M1M62: Follow signs for the M621 - Leeds City Centre. Take blend three off of the M621 and continue to follow signs for Leeds City Centre. You're on a one way system. Follow this for about 1 mile. Once you have passed the Cable and Wireless building on your left, take the far right hand lane. At the following set of traffic lights, follow the highway to the right and ASDA cottage will be on your left. At the following lights, turn left and cross Leeds Bridge and turn left. The inn is situated immediately on your right on this highway (Swinegate). From the A1: Take the A64 York turning off of the A1, following signs for Leeds. On the indoor ring highway flyover turn left, signposted for the M1 and M62, till you get to the downtown loop. Follow signs for downtown passing Leeds Parish Church on your left. The highway curves to the left and you'll approach traffic lights. Follow the highway round and at the 2nd set of lights, cross over. The guesthouse is on your right. The highway and guesthouse is on the downtown loop highway. Car parking: The car parking gulf in front of the guesthouse is for drop off only. The parking we advise is called 'Q Park' and is a further one hundred fifty meters down the highway (Swinegate), situated on the left hand side of the highway, just past Bibbis Restaurant. This is a multi story parking with 24 hour safety surveillance. The hotel proposes discounted car parking overnight of £5 between 5pm and 9am at 'Q' Park. Leeds Rail Station - two minutes stroll.
