Welcome to The Blue Pig in Kirkby Lonsdale. This delicate bed and breakfast lodging is located in a recently renewed 17th Century house. The 3 suites all have flat screen tv, facilities of making coffee, memory foam mattresses and en room bathrooms, every with heated floors. Our comfortable hall with a log-burning stove able to be made accessible for our dear guests to unwind and enjoy stillness and tranquillity, and simultaneously be at the very heart of the fuss of this busy but gorgeous market place city. Wi-fi i-net is obtainable to all of our dear guests and is free. The Blue Pig is superbly located for visitors to discover the city and stay the nearby village. After eating a hearty breakfast made with fresh local make, step outside and you're only mins away from the 9th Century church and the astonishing Ruskin's vista. John Ruskin once said "it is the plurality exquisite view in England, hence the world". Take an amiable stroll by the river Lune and you'll see Devils Bridge built in the 12th Century. Go north from Kirkby Lonsdsale and in twenty five minutes you'll be in the Lake District; go south and in 10 min you'll be in the Yorkshire Dales; go west and you'll be at the beach in 20 mins. The Blue Pig features 2 parking spaces which are for visitors to use, and because we have some excellent places to have dinner you do not have to drive. Our purpose at the Blue Pig is to produce your visit as amiable and as cozy as possible.
